Far Niente’s 2021 Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon is primarily estate-grown from the Martin Stelling Vineyard behind the winery, featuring gravelly loam soils that yield supple tannins and bright fruit. This Bordeaux blend (88% Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot, Malbec, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc) was aged 20 months in French oak (70% new), capturing Oakville’s bold yet refined structure from the challenging 2021 vintage.
