Pierre Girardin’s 2023 Éclat de Calcaire Bourgogne Rouge Pinot Noir is a vibrant, terroir-driven red from three lieux-dits in Vosne-Romanée (La Croix Blanche, Lutenière, Les Chassagnes). Made from 30+ year-old organic vines with 25% whole clusters, indigenous yeasts, and aging in mostly used barrels, it delivers precise, mineral-driven Burgundy character.
